Bennett's Cornish Pasty

It says on the shelves they have steak pies but I can’t see any and it’s barely ten to eleven in the morning so I’m left with a choice of pasties. She's dead nice with me so I ask the question and she confirms not and starts to talk up their wonderful pasties. Sold I suppose. Consisting of a shiny puff pastry crust you could argue that ingredients such as carrots, swede and onion are mere bulking agent padding things out but they also add a lot of flavour to it to the extent that when peppery mince is thrown in I larrup this in seconds.
