Dawson's Meat and Potato Pie

It's peppery pie perfection! Sometimes you just know when you've got a winner on (in) your hands and this was it. A delightfully soft crust perfectly formed with a firm base whilst inside there is a ferocious tsunami of sloppy potato and fiery, peppery mincemeat. Occasionally it recedes but there's pepper lurking within this beast circling like a shark in potatoey waters ready to bite. I only stop short of giving it a 10 for taste as some might consider over-seasoning as cheating. NB CLOSED BUT NOW RE-OPENED IN LEIGH
