Hulsons
A proper little hive of activity with lovely staff serving up a cute little growler at room temperature. The crust was crunchy and golden brown with a thin layer of jelly lining the inner casing. The meat was cured and not overly seasoned letting it’s natural porky goodness shine through with every mouthful.
