Leonardo's Deli Chicken, leek and laverbread pie

It’s a well glazed, decorative crust containing big strips of seasoned chicken with soft carrots sat on a bed of leeks. A surprisingly moist and juicy pie considering the absence of gravy replaced with some dark green stuff recently washed up from the beach. To borrow a Welsh phrase, it was lush. Or as we call it in England, lunch.
