Martin's Meat and Potato Pie

Organised chaos in this place, where I am constantly ignored in my attempts to get service. The pie is presented in a raging hot foil tray yet the ample serving of meat and veg is only moderately warm inside. How does that work? It had a glazed, buttery lid which is always welcome but the crumbly exterior soon falls part in my hands in messy causing heartbreaking scenes on an emotional day. It tastes adequate with all ingredients coming out, the sort you'd expect from a major baker. I didn’t set out to be harsh. I suspect as it's my 4th pie of the day, I'm just a bit pied out today as I look wistfully at a bin at Birch Services whilst contemplating throwing up into it.
