GH Farrer Scouse Pie

I am greeted with a pie that has a high meat content - possibly mutton mixed in with potato and slithers of onion. Clearly it only has a crust lid however which brings into question it's credentials as a pie but I knew this before proceeding and its inclusion is justified due to it being a geographical variation.
