Treflach Farm Pork and Apple Pie

The top is in effect, the apples, but there does seem to be a thin crust of sorts lurking beneath. It is consumed straight from the fridge after a five mile run, the perfect refreshment. A proper farmer’s delight with sweet crunchy apples blended with spicy sausage meat.
