A delightfully tender crust, with a tributary of dried gravy escaping from the ventilation point on top. The temperature is just about right and it contains densely packed chunks of mince and potato. It is a mildly seasoned affair with both constituent parts bound and harnessed together perfectly. Just a really great traditional pie from a great traditional butchers.
