The top crust is adorned with either a 2, S or Z and is a touch flaky, resulting in a spot of bother, as I cut through the Z-like lettering, but it adds volume and a certain crispness. An unusual oblong shape for a meat and potato, once inside, it resembles a savoury hundreds and thousands with finely chopped and diced mince, potato, onion and gravy ,all jockeying for position and giving off a rich and thorough meaty flavour combination
