As with the Killie pie, the second half ramps it up a bit but admittedly this isn’t perfect to old fussykecks tastes being a wee Sassenach and I’d probably be happier with just steak in it. Furthermore, it’s the only pie I have in Scotland which comes in a foil tray and there are gaps both in the tray plus airspace in the pie.
