Featuring the unique often imitated design and a naturally formed uneven shape to it, it resembles a bow tie when viewed from the side apparently. Bit of a stretch but I see what they’re getting at. It is considerably deeper than you’d think for an individual pork pie, benefitting by the raised crust in the centre. Packed to the brim with meat, plus an amply sufficient layer of jelly. There’s a definite added degree of authenticity about it which takes a bite or two to register but the opulent sausage meat infusion comes bouncing through soon enough and the jelly augments it perfectly. Everything about it oozes quality and authenticity.
