It’s marked with one dot to help the staff to signify it’s flavour on match days I guess and the pastry is soft and appetising. I love the angular shape of the pie shape which goes beyond the perpendicular giving it a semi plate pie style. It has the sort of gourmet aroma you simply don’t expect at a football match. I’m attacked by a creamy, cheesy sauce and hot chunks of hock style ham, tender chicken and fresh dark green slivers of leek. A good bite to it but nothing too tough. An outstanding formation!
