The pie is still velvety soft in the centre and highly manageable with the hands. It has a high meat content, lots of dark gravy and fresh sliced potato. Individual ingredients all moist and fresh lubricating the pie perfectly with every bite. A killer combination. It is marinated and soaked in stock like a mini-casserole on the slow cooker. Like a fully encased hot pot – this is a good thing!
