Ever so slightly flaky but it’s a crust which really grows on me and hangs together well. It smells sumptuously cheesy in the oven as you’d expect and contains whopping chunks of steak. It means the cheese isn’t prevalent throughout as the meat barges it out of the way but there is a decent sized layer on top with the odd carrot thrown in for good measure
