The pie is hand crimped and folded into a shamrock shape. The interior is not quite full up but plenty of sweet and sumptuous chunks of meat and rich sauce come slopping out. You can actually taste the Porter in there! Plus the shallots, carrots and sugar give it a delightful sweet edge too
