The top crust predominantly consists of cheese but hey, I like cheese. Inside, there lies a kaleidoscope of colour, from red to maroon to orange to green but it’s densely packed to capacity. The pie is at least five inches in diameter but any concerns over lack of meat struggling to satisfy are quickly addressed as I’m pleasantly surprised to find it gastronomically endearing. The chilli introduction is moderate, a gradual sensation rather than a spicy mouth explosion which makes for a very well rounded flavour
