The Cornish Pasty Shop produces a delicately, side crimped, steak and stilton pasty which has a very impressive chunk size. Populated with mainly chuck steak, in fact one half of it appears to consist solely of one huge singular block of meat. The stilton injects some impetus into proceedings, but without it, the meat tastes a little insipid.
