A polite efficient chap serves me who resembles the milky bar kid. Except he doesn’t shout “the steak pies are on me”. The pie is rigid and crunchy and just about edible with the hands. It comes in groovy packaging and is served nice and hot in a red foil tray. However, apart from one large piece of kidney and some admittedly tasty gravy there is nothing but a void; a vacuum; a sea of nothingness inside this pie where there should be meat.
